Stefan August Lütgenau

Born 1964 in Wilhelmshaven, Germany, Stefan is an educated historian. After years of activities in historical research and documentation, human rights protection and international development aid, Stefan is since 2009 founding director of the Foster Europe Foundation, Eisenstadt and President of the Danube Civil Society Forum in the EUSDR (since 2014).
