Danube Participation Day Recognised Once Again as an EUSDR Flagship Project

We are proud to announce that the Danube Participation Day has been selected as a Danube Strategy Flagship project for the third time. Following previous recognitions in 2022 and 2023, the event once again joins a selected group of initiatives that significantly contribute to the goals of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region (EUSDR).

Flagship projects highlight key efforts that promote multi-level governance and enhance economic, social, and territorial cohesion throughout the Danube Region. This year’s selected Flagships include the Danube Participation Day.

The Danube Participation Day continues to provide a valuable platform for civil society and local actors to engage in the implementation of the EUSDR. It fosters dialogue, cooperation, and active involvement from stakeholders across the region. The event is jointly organised by the Danube Civil Society Forum (DCSF), the Foster Europe Foundation and EUSDR Priority Area 10 (PA10), in consultation with the PA10 Danube Local Actors Platform, and in close cooperation with the host country, host city, and local civil society.

We are honoured by this recognition and thank all partners and contributors who help make the Danube Participation Day a meaningful and impactful part of the Danube Strategy.
