Claudia Singer-Smith is Coordinator for ‘Institutional Capacities and Cooperation’ in the EU Strategy for the Danube Region in the City of Vienna. She works in regional development and Cohesion Policy for 10 years, and has a master’s degree in Political Science. She works together with stakeholders from public administration, civil society, academia and business to address better public service provision, enhance cross-border public service delivery, participatory governance, and strategic funding.
