Due to its statutes the DCSF convened its 2nd General Assembly on the 25th September 2013, in Ruse. The assembly was opened by the Deputy Mayor Ruse, Mr Strahil Karapchanski and by Stefan August Lütgenau, president of the DCSF. After the opening speeches reports on the activity of the DCSF in the past two years, and activities of the Working Groups followed by the Executive Committee of the DCSF. After discussions of the reports the applying members presented themselves (Simon Vrecar – Zavod CEKTRA, Vadym Pylypenko (Natalia Nosa) – IARDI).Their application were approved by the Forum. In the afternoon session the Work Program for 2014-2015 (River Show II, Meeting in Schloss Esterhazy on the 24th of June 2014, Annual Forum in Vienna) and the Communication Strategy of the DCSF as well as the New Website was introduced. Finally the election of the President and the Executive Committee followed. Stefan August Lütgenau (with 95%), President; Daniela Stojkovic (with 74%), Vice- President, Igor Studennikov (with 100%), Treasurer and Julia Talakovics (with 100%), Vice-Treasurer have been (re)elected.
In the Frame of the General Assembly the Forum commissioned the EC to

Before the General Assembly, in September 2013 the Danube Civil Society Forum was registered under the Austrian law. In order to acknowledge the registration slight amendments in the Statutes were necessary. These changes were accepted by the EC unanimously. You can find the amended Statutes of the DCSF here.
