2nd National Participation Day - Baden-Württemberg

  • futurum Stuttgart 29 Presselstraße Stuttgart, BW, 70191 Deutschland (map)

Stakeholders from across Baden-Württemberg and the wider Danube Region are invited to come together for the 2nd National Participation Day—an event dedicated to strengthening civic engagement, fostering collaboration, and exploring future pathways for participation across the macro-region.

Hosted by the State Ministry of Baden-Württemberg, the Baden-Württemberg Foundation, and the Alliance for Participation (Allianz für Beteiligung), the event offers a platform to reflect on current challenges, exchange practical insights, and develop new ideas for shaping the future of participation in the Danube Region.

This year’s programme highlights include:

  • discussions on how participation can be broadened and innovated at regional and macro-regional levels,

  • opportunities to learn from existing cooperation initiatives,

  • space to jointly rethink ongoing and future projects through a forward-looking perspective.

Participants will also receive an update on the implementation status of the Danube Region Strategy and its relevance for Baden-Württemberg. In addition, the event will facilitate dialogue with policymakers on participation, connectivity, and the evolving needs of civil society in the region.

The invitation extends to everyone involved in the EUSDR Civil Society Network, as well as individuals and organisations active in participation initiatives within Baden-Württemberg and throughout the Danube Region. Attendees can expect inspiring contributions, dynamic discussions, and ample opportunities to connect with peers committed to shaping the future of participation.

The full programme is available on the event’s official website. >>
