We are pleased to invite you to our 5th Virtual Coffee Meeting, which will take place on Thursday, 8 October 2026, at 10:00 AM (CEST).

This session will focus on Participatory Methods to strengthen Democracy in the Danube Region, highlighting examples of methods and approaches that foster meaningful participation and encourage citizens to engage actively in democratic life.

The topic will be introduced by Carmen Stadelhofer, who has extensive experience in European cooperation and civil society engagement. Carmen is the founder of the Danube-Networkers and coordinates transnational projects as Chair of the Institute for Virtual and Real Learning in Adult Education Ulm (ILEU e.V.) and the Danube-Networkers (DANET e.V.). Carmen has been involved in various areas of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region and has been a Board Member of the Danube Civil Society Forum.
